Traps, Tricks & Mistakes: Busch-Gass Gambit

The Busch-Gass Gambit is an irregular opening but with it, you can catch by surprise inexperienced beginners, especially in blitz or bullet games.

Just in the second move, Black offers the e5-pawn which White can take without hesitate but has to know how to punish Black’s consequent adventurous attack.

The German player E. Busch introduced this gambit the first time in 1906.
