Game Spotlight: 2019 Le Pelley Cup 3

During the Le Pelley Cup, I came across the following game in progress.  It was the endgame, Black had a pawn advantage in a Rook endgame, and I quickly thought he could just take the opportunity presented to trade off a pair of pawns and the result should be an easy win.  Except on thinking about it further, things are nowhere near that simple.  Let’s go on a deep dive into this endgame, as it’s quite instructive.
