Details of the 60th Nairobi Chess Club Championship have now been released.

This year’s event is split into 3 sections in a welcome departure from the norm. This will ensure that players are evenly matched in their grouping and ensure each point is well earned.

This event is expected to attracted some of Kenya’s top players including Peter Gilruth, CM Ben Magana, Dr Ng’ani amongst others. The Ugandans are also expected to turn up to give the Kenyans a run for their money.
